我公司成套工程部經過近兩年的(de)努力，終于(yú)與國(guó)際知名的(de)化工集團蘇威公司簽下了(le／liǎo)分布在(zài)泰國(guó)、比利時(shí)、法國(guó)和(hé / huò)俄羅斯四個(gè)工廠的(de)大(dà)功率整流項目。在(zài)泰國(guó)項目2012年5月順利開車後，我們有幸作爲(wéi / wèi)先鋒部隊挑起了(le／liǎo)公司在(zài)歐洲的(de)第一(yī / yì ／yí)個(gè)項目-比利時(shí)BIGAN-2項目。三個(gè)月在(zài)比利時(shí)的(de)工作生活，在(zài)一(yī / yì ／yí)個(gè)全新的(de)環境，讓我們受益匪淺，讓我們與人(rén)溝通和(hé / huò)環境适應能力都得到(dào)了(le／liǎo)極大(dà)的(de)鍛煉。

　　歐洲人(rén)嚴謹的(de)處事态度，先進的(de)管理理念，教會了(le／liǎo)我們如何控制項目風險，最優化完成目标任務。歐洲的(de)多元文化，增長了(le／liǎo)我們的(de)見識，豐富了(le／liǎo)我們的(de)業餘生活。我們會珍惜這(zhè)樣的(de)機會，快速成長，早日挑起公司海外工程的(de)大(dà)梁。

JOCITE Rectifier Projects Ongoing in Europe

After great efforts for nearly 2 years, the complete engineering department of JOCITE finally got the award of purchase orders from the world famous multinational chemical corporation, for high power rectifier projects distributed in Thailand, Belgium, France and Russia. In May of 2012, the first rectifier transformer system in Thailand was successfully started up and we built a good reputation. We were then so lucky to be dispatched to its Belgium plant as the first team for the first European project of JOCITE-the ‘BIGAN-2’ project. Living and working in Belgium, a completely new environment, for three months, makes us learn a lot. We got great exercise in both the communication with people and adaptation to the new environment.

The rigorous attitude and advanced management concept in the project of european people give us a significant lesson how to control the risk of a project and to accomplish the targeted mission optimally. Moreover, the European multi-culture widens our knowledge and enriches the activities in our spare time. We will cherish this opportunity, work harder and undertake the responsibility in the development of overseas projects of JOCITE in the coming future.
